This device is intended to be used by adults only ( >22 years of age).
The safety of the device for use during pregnancy has not been established. Do not use if you are pregnant.
Do not use if you have had BOTOX® injections in the past 30 days. There is a possible risk of injury, as the effects of electrical stimulation on such injection areas are unknown.

Do not use over the areas where metal plates/pins are inserted in the body. There is a possible risk of unpleasant sensation, as metal components may conduct the current to areas that are sensitive and/or not intended to be treated.

Neurotris Contraindications

Treatments with the SX-3800 are contraindicated for those with pacemakers, or who are pregnant. If you have a neurological disorder such as epilepsy, recent surgeries, cancer patients, implanted defibrillators, please discuss with your doctor first before using.

CHECKING IN

On the day of your service, we suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow a leisurely check in and give you time to indulge in our complimentary herbal infusion foot soak and enjoy a cup of tea, wine, or champagne. Our wish for you at The Spa is to create a tranquil and serene experience that flows from your arrival to your treatment, all the way through to your departure.

LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment as it will end at the scheduled time so the next guest will not be delayed. Spa services are arranged specifically for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required should you need to reschedule or cancel your service. Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price. No shows are charged at 100% of the treatment price.

LIMITATIONS

Spa guests must be 16 years or older to enjoy spa services and facilities alone. Children under 16 may enjoy a spa service with their parent or guardian in our doubles room. No outside food or beverage items are permitted.
