Sessions are an inner and outer wellness journey, which is customized to fit
your needs and the experience of your choice. Classes offered are founded on the principles of Hatha Yoga which focus on the path toward wellness and consciousness. Through the practice of physical postures and movement, in conjunction with awareness of the breath, practitioners develop mental focus and connect the mind, body, and heart/spirit.
One on One/Private Instruction – $120 1.5 hr
5 One on One/ Private Instruction Session package – $475 (each class is 1.5 hr)
10 one on one / Private Instruction Session package – $850 (each class is 1.5 hr)

Before our meeting you will be sent client intake forms to complete. This will help build your personal health profile. We will calculate your original body constitution, become aware of your primary health concerns and things you would like to improve for optimal health. Your information will assist in crafting a personal Ayurvedic/ Therapeutic Yoga Program to help you heal yourself from the inside out.
The program will consist of 6 sessions, that will be a 1.5 hours long:
Discover your dosha (Body Constitution)
Look at your current state of heath- (mind, body, spirit)
Gather resources and tools for various health benefits
Find root cause and get rid of symptoms
Create a personal health profile custom plan into optimal health
Dinacharya- establish daily routine, restoring mind-body-spirit balance Yoga poses that will help strength your body, make it more flexible and improve overall body awareness.
Fine tune posture alignments
Pranayama- breathing techniques. Develop breathing capacity, increase clarity, rejuvenate and center the mind.
Nutrition for your dosha, (personal body type)
Ayurveda, “The Science of Life”, is one of the worlds oldest holistic healing systems that originated in India more than 5,00 years ago. It is a comprehensive form of health practices that honors the mind, body and spirit. It encompasses diet, herbs, lifestyle and yoga.
Ruthann Braccini is a 500 E-RYT (registered yoga teacher) through Yoga Alliance and an RCYT (registered children’s yoga teacher). From a very young age she has been drawn to study and understand the science behind wellness and holistic health. Throughout the years, this inspiration has allowed her background and field of study to become extremely diverse. In 2000, she received certification as a personal trainer and studied exercise science in college. Her initial draw to yoga was simply to learn better ways to stretch her body, but it quickly became much more. She was captivated by the fact that her yoga practice began to enhance all areas of her life. Since then, she has actively pursued and devoted herself to understanding the many rich facets of yoga, meditation and overall wellness.
Ruthann enjoys continuing her education, participating in a variety of trainings and workshops, allowing for both the enhancement of her own practice and the ability to offer this ever-growing knowledge to her clients. It is her goal to make yoga, fitness and wellness accessible to everyone. Ruthann is certified in several different children’s yoga teacher trainings, including Asana for Autism and Special Needs. This allows her to cater and develop teachings and classes for children from any background and from many diverse levels of ability.
Ruthann is passionate about sharing yoga with everyone and anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the human form, its functions and capabilities. Her relationship with yogic philosophy continues to grow in her everyday life and practice. With her knowledge, technique, heart, and the gems given to her by her amazing teachers, she is dedicated to guiding her students to become the best they can be!
