Spa Policies


On the day of your service, we suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow a leisurely check in and give you time to indulge in our complimentary herbal infusion foot soak and enjoy a cup of tea, wine, or champagne. Our wish for you at The Spa is to create a tranquil and serene experience that flows from your arrival to your treatment, all the way through to your departure. 


Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment as it will end at the scheduled time so the next guest will not be delayed. Spa services are arranged specifically for you. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required should you need to reschedule or cancel your service. Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price. No shows are charged at 100% of the treatment price.


Spa guests must be 16 years or older to enjoy spa services and facilities alone. Children under 16 may enjoy a spa service with their parent or guardian in our doubles room. No outside food or beverage items are permitted. Please notify us of any health considerations such as illness, pregnancy or allergies at time of booking so that we can best coordinate your spa experience. 

Greetings from our spa! Please familiarise yourself with the following spa policies so that we can guarantee a positive and happy experience for every one of our visitors. You accept these policies by making an appointment or enjoying our spa services.

Appointments and cancellations:

We advise making appointments in advance to guarantee availability. We acknowledge that occasionally you might need to postpone or cancel your appointment due to unavoidable events. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. If you don’t, you might have to pay a cancellation charge.

Arrival and Late Arrivals:

In order to check in and relax before your treatment, we advise showing up at least 15 minutes early for appointments.
We try to accommodate all customers on time, so late arrivals may shorten treatment times. The complete service charge will nevertheless be charged.

Spa Etiquette:

We work hard to keep our guests in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Please be considerate of the quiet environment by conversing quietly and avoiding using electronics in public spaces.

We respectfully ask that you take a shower before using specific spa facilities or treatments in order to maintain hygienic standards.

Any health issues, allergies, or preferences that can affect your therapy experience should be disclosed to your therapist.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

We place the highest value on your privacy and confidentiality. In accordance with current privacy regulations, we maintain strict secrecy about your personal information and treatment information.

Comments and worries:

We value your opinions and work hard to deliver superb service. Please feel free to communicate any worries or recommendations you may have to our spa management staff.

All of our visitors will be at ease, safe, and having fun thanks to these rules. We appreciate your help in following them.
