Whether you prefer restorative, gentle, fiery, vinyasa flows, mat Pilates, roll & release, slow-paced, fast-paced, yoga meditations, and/or a mix of it all, you will find it all here in our gorgeous sanctuary! We truly have something for Every Body!

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga takes your practice to new levels. Inspired by yoga, pilates, calisthenics and acrobatics, aerial yoga utilizes a low slung hammock to practice supported poses, allowing you to explore movement that may be inaccessible on the mat.


We offer Private Classes and Services for Individuals, Couples, Families & Groups (on-site & off-site).
